When are these due in service?

I don't know how long it will take, but probably not long. They will need their destination displays reprogramme and maybe an internal clean.

Although they do not have Arriva standard seating, I doubt their seats will be replaced prior to entering service.

The Evoras in Metro livery are brand new arrivals and have the same Arriva spec interior as the recent MMC arrivals.

Oh Superman where are you now, when everything's gone wrong somehow, the men of steel, the men of power, are losing control by the hour.

An incidental point of ignorance is that, while I knew about the 17 reg E400MMCs, I don't know when the 16 reg's came to Merseyside. I reckon they may have come from Leicester and replaced the oldest Enviro400s.

If I remember correctly those 16 reg’s came from Thurmaston around the middle/autumn last year maybe earlier, once their new Electroliners came into service. Those older Enviro 400’s you are talking about still earn their keep in and around Leicestershire, may well be also operating from Thurmaston garage again but someone would have to clarify that one.

A couple of ex Bootle Enviro400s in the Milton Keynes storage area last week when we were picking up the e200MMCs for Southport, one with accident damage so would assume written off.

Bootle don't have specific buses for specific routes, aside from the 144 and 310, which must be single deckers. Any other bus can appear on any route. The 72reg Evoras were originally for the 63 and 310 but now appear on anything. The 63 is more often than not a decker now, the stop start ones appear a lot as you have plenty of time on that route.

The new Evoras (4 of them at the moment) are now showing on bustimes along with their reg numbers.
3234 is missing off the list
