No rail reps Chester bound of a morning. The Liverpool bound journeys do call at all stations en route.

However, there is an increased frequency on the Chester branch now between 0700 and 0900. It was previously every 30 mins, now every 15. A big improvement and way more convenient to passengers during peak times, I do have to say.

The 15 minute chester service will only be till June 19th after that previous timetable will be re-implemented.

These early morning buses starting a lot earlier than the trains are so that passengers can be at Liverpool lime st for the time of what would be those first train services.

GYX is 4831. (It seems a pretty good bet that 4830 will be GYV, given that DVLA don't issue *W** **W marks as part of a normal series.)

That's right - 4830 will be BW66 GYV and 4832 will be BW66 GYY. 4833 will be BW66 GYZ

There's buses the other way on lates ie the last buses from Liverpool to Birkenhead Central at night extend to Chester and Ellesmere Port.

Quick question....has another Green Lane Enviro400 gone on loan to Birkenhead?? I'm sure I passed either SK15GZH or J in the tunnel before on the 471, which would be either 4671/2, it wasn't one of the ones already at LS anyway.....

Ta!
