X3 timetable, with map, from 24th July 2016 is now available.

It isn't taking quite the same route as the 23 did from Kirkby Civic to South Boundary Road but all trips, all day, are doing the full Kirkby Industrial Estate steps route.

So there will be a fourth board now. Looks like its going around hornhouse lane before doing the steps. Nice to see it starting much earlier as well. I presume a lot of passengers will get off the 217 that had come from Bootle Strand (ex 356) amd jump on the X3 as the 217 will not be going around the industrial estate. Quite a lot of passengers on the 356 buy single tickets as well so they wont be happy.

Just a quick question, I noticed this Service is mentioned in the latest Service changes on the Merseytravel Website however i dont think it comes into the Merseyside border so does anyone know why its been included on the Website?

Widnes is part of the LCR?

LCR??

RE: Merseytravel Timetable Changes - Valandil - 26/06/2016 12:58

If I search for the 110 timetable on the Merseytravel website, the results are for different 110's.
Also, Halton's 62(A) between Widnes and Warrington doesn't show up either.
So it's a mystery as far as I can see.

Liverpool City Region. Merseytravel now looks after transport in Halton which is part of the LCR.

RE: Merseytravel Timetable Changes - M60lad - 27/06/2016 06:21

Indeed Tez if you goto Halton now you wont see any green bus stops anymore as everything is in Merseytravel yellow now including the new style Merseytravel/Halton Bus Stop plates

The future 6/7 timetables are now available on the Arriva website.
Contrary to the rumour:
"From Sunday 24 April 2016, times will be revised of services 6, 7 and 7A operating between Liverpool and Huyton or Warrington.
No changes will be made to the number of journeys per hour."
