X94 is a good choice but what about the coaches why not tart them up (0001, 0002) do them for sapphire on the cardiff run sounds better to me...or yess if were sticking locally then X94, Rhyl's 12 or even Bangor's 5/X5 would of been nicer, in my point of view its a waste of space and money, i mean personal plates abit OTT isnt it when Shires & Essex run their sapphire with there Proper Plate's, and have White LED's which make it look better but nope Arriva Buses Wales wont do that.

They have colour LED's, not white ones btw!

I agree that the 12 would of been a better option!

The 12 would of been better but if they done the 12 then they would have to bin the lowering the seating capacity up stairs as the 12 is well used and needs as much seating as possible as i wouldnt like to stand from rhyl/towyn all the way to llandudno.

Passing Wrexham depot today I had a thought, Is anything wrong with the Ikarus DAF's that are parked here??? As one of them would make a good spare for the X94 and It wouldn't take much to swap the tacho out of MPD 824 and get it calibrated until a better spare can be found.

A company from scotland was suppose to be buying the 3 of them dafs.
