What's the reason behind the selling of the buses? Thats 5 buses they no have advertised on various sites. They struggling hence the reduction in Merseytravel work?

The two 'Y' plate Tridents (Y464/472NHK) have also been on eBay recently, don't think they've sold though.

N400BUS is now T999TNY named in memory of the owners late father
Following vehicles have all been sold

One of the 2 Y-Reg tridents have been sold as well.
YJ55WRC has been painted and has been since June.
S80BUS is withdrawn for scrap.

They seem to be selling virtually all of their buses lately.
They're losing the Saturday Merseytravel-funded 122 from April as well, with the possible loss of another bus.
Doesn't look good does it?

I don't follow Merseyside goings on really due to lack of time and this may be well out of date but wernt peoplesbus linked to The Green Bus in the midlands at one point? I'm sure I read that several deckers were being painted into green bus livery for use on school contracts. Has that link between the two ended??
