Has anyone seen it?

it is here for a MOT i think

Ah okay, nice one.
I didn't realise that St Helens vehicles would go over there for MOT's what with St Helens having a lot of the region's resources dedicated to the upkeep of vehicles.

It will be more than likely from Wrexham as RUNCORN is now doing MOT's for them there was a MPD in a few weeks ago

5x Operate the busway circulars (1 and 2)
2x Operate the Chester to Runcorn Hospital (21)
3x Operate the Chester to Warrington via Runcorn (X30)

Providing all 10 are out in service, the easiest place to catch one would be either Halton lea, or Halton Hospital where both services are inter-changeable.

DAF SB120 2426 is on the 1/2 today. Thought this bus was at Speke?

Joining it on there is 2526

It was, it got sent back to Birkenhead by Speke as it had some issues. This was mentioned on the respective threads.

You could also try the 82A if you're travelling during the evening or on Sunday. A massive improvement over the former Strider Cadets.
