Chester is a surprise as with all the shops I could see that service being very well used from all points of the network - although my guess on why there isn't a Chester service is that Chester station is managed by Arriva Trains Wales and not Merseyrail

Glad to see the night services returning too. Hopefully that can be introduced as something more permanent in the future
