Like I said earlier, these people all have full time jobs. For all we know the guy responsible could be on a 2 week business call in Japan!
They will get back to you sooner or later. Its only been a week since you sent the email so like I said earlier be patient and they will get back!

Good morning good people, the NWVRT is very pleased to announce our next charity depot tour. It will take place on Sunday 03rd March in conjunction with our friends at Arriva North West, we will be visiting their Green Lane, Laird St, Speke, Runcorn and St Helen's depots as well as a visit to NWVRT HQ at Kirkby to see the vehicles there, and what we get up to. As with our stagecoach tour, there will be a few surprises during the day including a raffle. The cost will be £10 per person with all the profits again going to a worthy local charity.
Pick ups will be...
Manchester Newton Street - 8.30am
Leigh Bus station (subject to approval) - 9.10
Kirkby Admin Bus Station - 9.40

Nothing has been said to suggest that it hasn't been approved and the pick up has been moved, but Ill double check for you now mate.
