Does anyone have an email for Helms which they actually reply to? The BTConnect one that is available, no one replies. Can anyone help? Many thanks in advance, Mark

The best laid plans of mice and men etc... With the closure of the Wirral line, what no-one could have foreseen was a collapsed wall onto the tracks at Edge Hill thus closing Lime Street station. A lot of the buses dedicated for rail replacement have moved on to their originally intended depots and so, I suspect, that's why the likes of Howards and ACL/Helms have been asked to step in.

The Lime St rail replacement is a totally different kettle of fish. Network Rail organise it through First who subcontract it out to numerous small independents and one man bands.
