They’ve not done much rail work at all in the past few months especially weekday the last proper major work was the strike buses

Changing a timetable with no notice, especially when people are starting to return to the workplace and places which have been closed for months are reopening, is very poor from a customer service point of view.

Northern still running a reduced rail service due to COVID is getting a lot of negative press now the schools have reopened and services scholars would normally use still not being reinstated.

The old timetable only did to the hospital though don't forget. It's only more recently that it went on the busway full time. That seems to be when the issues started a bit more with vandalism. Least that is when it became more noticeable on social media.

They are short on drivers. From how I understand it, they use a good few freelance drivers whom are now going to other firms who are offering better pay.

Aye many companies in the same position unfortunately, advertise for staff but not many coming in recent times

MP20 BUS / EX21 ONE & TX21 ONE they should be out all day , there standard on the X1 all day
