Still dual door then!
I'm guessing that they only use the front one?
The HT logos don't really go well with the present livery imo, and I shudder at the thought of full HT livery on these vehicles.
Still, can't wait to go on them!

Not keen on them I have to say. Would look better serving around the taxiway around Liverpool airport.

For second-hand buses they're a lot nicer than the fleets of other independents such as the darts at Fairbrothers. Passengers won't care about the livery, they all came with working LED destinations, ferrographs and dual purpose seating.

The reason why they were rushed into service before receiving a repaint is due to the amount of college services and school service Halton have gained in the local area, including 2 new services for Riverside college, which there is also increased demand for due to the now free bus pass for all students attending from Sep 2014.

Wouldn`t a coat of Halton red over the Blue Part be an ideal livery for these Buses, they do stand out compared to previous types used by Halton over the years

Bit unfair to compare a small operator such as Fairbrothers with a local authority owned operator like Halton Transport. Again 12 vehicles against how many at Halton??

Not a fair comparison to make my friend..

Couldnt see which Omnicity I saw but it was only displaying "14" in the centre of its destination so must have been an extra one to the ones photographed

Managed photos of 91 (YT09BKX) and 93 (YT09BKZ) which I'll put online soon. I thought they looked great internally and were sporting a sleek livery to boot. Looking forward to bagging a ride on one soon.

I can think of plenty of small operators who turn out vehicles in one smart uniform livery with easy to read and understand destinations rather than cheap boards in the windscreen and liveries slightly modified from thier times with previous owners Undecided
