LIG 1621 (55) is delicensed - last time I checked (a couple of weeks ago), it was still stored in the Caldwell Road yard.
LIG 1677 (59) was delicensed, and was also parked up in the yard last time I went by, but having checked on DVLA I see it is now retaxed for a year. However, whether that means it's been reinstated or sold, I don't know.

The other three were all still in service last time I was in Widnes.

I'm only aware of three ex-Whitelaws ADL Enviro200s, YX12 DHD (63), YX12 DHE (64), and YX12 DHF (65).

Thanks for the information! I can now update my fleet list accordingly!

Halton have now got atleast 2 more Enviros from Whitelaws. These have both had there seatbelts removed and sport full Halton livery like the others. They are numbered 66 and 67 and have the same MX12 registrations as the rest of the batch.

RE: Halton Transport - Quackdave - 01/11/2016 18:57

66 is YX12 GGO, and I'm assuming 67 will be YX12 GGP as that's the only other 12-reg that I can find reference to Whitelaws having operated.

I couldn't see 55 in the Caldwell Road yard yesterday, at least not in the position I previously saw it (near the gate), and it's not showing up as relicensed, so maybe this has now gone - unless it's been moved to the back of the yard, or into the other yard, or into the depot.

RE: Halton Transport - telf23 - 02/11/2016 22:11

Does anyone know why the 62 is showing Halton Hospital on its dests and not Warrington? Noticed it a few times over the last few days

EDIT: Nevermind, I've just seen the new timetable on the website. Every 15 mins up to Halton Hospital. Has this had any effect on the 14A?

Confirmed still with Halton for now - it was in the yard today.

20 22 and 23 are being withdrawn once the latest batch of enviros enter service. One is being kept as a driver trainer and the others sold for scrap

When you say latest batch of Enviros, presumably these will be additional to 63/64/65/66/67? If so, do you know which they are and/or where from? Could it perchance be YX62 BNB/BNJ/BNU from Whitelaws?

Presumably either 22 or more likely 23 will be the one retained for driver training, since 20 is too short for the DVSA minimum requirements for PCV driving tests (8.8m vs. 10m).

I would have thought they would keep 20 on the road.

RE: Halton Transport - Lynx - 17/12/2016 16:21

Just out of interest where did you source this information from?

It's highly unreliable and known to breakdown frequently, only has certain destinations on the blinds (which have never been replaced since 2000) and is too old for contractual services and too small for most of the college routes.

Really the only services it can be used on is the 9, 26/A, 27 and 200 (and 61A extras)
