Quite a spacious bus for that route! I hope this is not a precedent ahead of next week. I have found it necessary to postpone my Liverpool trip from today to next weekend and prefer to track down a refurbished Scania on route 14.

The Omnicitys have been getting on the 61 a lot as well recently as the last 2 times i went for that route (So i would not get an Omnicity) An Omnicity has turned up

They're also used on schools quite a bit these days, probably due to interworking.
The 62 has also had a complete Omnicity allocation some days.

Crash involving a Halton East Lancs and a van on Rylands street in Warrington town centre at about lunch time today.

EDIT: DE52 URZ #34 involved. Damage looks minor, just a couple of panels to replace by the looks of it.

How many could they operate previously?

Am not sure

Although I did see some other buses on routes 14/a last Saturday, I was lucky in that after missing a Scania OmniCity there, the next bus on this service was another OmniCity, namely 86! I feel I know the section from Childwall Five Ways to Liverpool as I have used it so often, for example 24.9.11 and 31.8.15.

Could someone please clarify for me which Solos are no longer in the Halton fleet?

Also how many of the ex Whitelaws Enviro 200s did Halton receive and what are their fleet numbers?

Im back in the Widnes in a few weeks and excited to check out the new additions!

LIG 1676 (58) has left the fleet and gone to an operator in Aylesbury.
LIG 1621 (55) is delicensed - last time I checked (a couple of weeks ago), it was still stored in the Caldwell Road yard.
LIG 1677 (59) was delicensed, and was also parked up in the yard last time I went by, but having checked on DVLA I see it is now retaxed for a year. However, whether that means it's been reinstated or sold, I don't know.

The other three were all still in service last time I was in Widnes.

I'm only aware of three ex-Whitelaws ADL Enviro200s, YX12 DHD (63), YX12 DHE (64), and YX12 DHF (65).
