I was going through thte lake district ealier this year and seen a Alexander Dennis Trident on the 555 service. These buses look great on this service. i believe they went over from Manchester. I have also read that 18357(MX55 KPJ) has recieved 'the lakeland pathfinder' livery in memory of Alfred Wainwright. There is a picture of 18360(MX55 KPN) in April's issue of Buses.
Some of the same batch where still on the 86 last night in manchester rode a 55reg one.
Does anyone know what depot is receiving the PX08 registered Enviro 400's?< ="http://shots.snap.com//client/inject.js?site_name=0" ="text/">< ="http://shots.snap.com//client/inject.js?site_name=0" ="text/">
16339 (N339 NPN) is another Volvo Olympian/Alexander RL that's been given the full X2 makeover with new seats and Preston-Southport-Crosby-Liverpool branding with giant red balloon "X2" logos.
I expect 16331, 16333, 16336, 16337 and 16338 will follow?.....
i seen a stagecoach plaxton coach yesterday going along smithdown road, the number was 52412, i followed it on the 86. i think it was based at preston.
might be one of the 2 trainers which stagecoach use. dont know why they dont withdraw 1 or 23 of the k-reg b10ms and use them as it would make more sense than a coach
Trident/Alexander ALX400 17012 S812BWC is one of a number that have been replaced at Morecambe depot by 55 reg similar buses. 17012 has been sent to Lillyhall depot at Workington for conversion to open top to replace Titans at Kendal.
