   2286 P420HVX is still running for Southport. It was spotted on 43/46 yesterday. Its likely to go in a month as MOT expires soon

   Thank you both for the updates. Oddly, I don’t think 2286 was ever showing in this fleet list as being allocated to Southport, David, so thanks for that.

   Also there is a wrong Dart. Its R568ABA not R560ABA that has been retained because its in Interurban colour and the other one was a standard colour so the standard ones been replaced.

   re your post 12/10/2011, 7658 arrivaed first, 7560 was one of several odd darts (7625/30 being the others, mostley for one or two weeks) used during the school holidays at Southport but was rerley seen, to my knowlage NEVER worked in service, was only used on the Tesco free bus, I saw it once only working this duty. Arriva have stopped working the TFB which is now worked by Strawbury. regards Keverne

       P420HVX has escape being withdrawn – its now has a new MOT which expires next year. As a result it will now last longer than P422HVX and P430HVX who have been broken up

   Believe both are still there, but only 2816 is still making appearances. Last two observations of it in the last week have seen it on the 42/44. 2814 not sighted at all.

    Y723KNF is refurbished too! Also heard that 2814 was back in use (Southport News) as 2291 (P&P), 2724 (Minor collision), 2725 (P&P), 2727 (under repairs since January 2011) and 7637 (rumoured its getting P&P) are all out.

    Just gone through older post’s noted today also were 2110 & 2286 on routes 42/44 and a depot run of 49 again during the evening aprox 18.55 – 20.00

    Hi all just a note about today’s operations at Southport. B6BLE 2814 was noted out early morning on routes 42/44 (worked Formby?-Crossens, passing town center at 07.47, and the return working to Walnut Street passing TC at 08.30, but was replaced by 2343 by it’s next pass at 09.02 to Crossens). 2816 was on the 09.17 at TC 44 Formby to Crossens, and subsiquentley worked a round trip to Crossens – Walnut Street, and was photographed on the (Crossens) TC 11.17 to Formby passing along Guildford Road at 11.30, and presumabley was out for the full turn. Noted ‘New’ at Southport today was ex Llandudno 7563 seen working on route 300. most of the other ‘odd’ Darts were noted out with 2286 (49), 2343 (42), 7568 (42) seen, last week routes 43/46 were nearley exclusivley worked by the DAF DB250′s with an odd one on route 49/49A today only two 43/46 duties were DD worked with fout 49/49A duties being DD worked. sorry for such a verbose post, but hope it is of interest, Keverne

      I think the last recorded allocation for 7563 is Manchester; it moved there 2/3 months ago from Chester.

    S248UVR has return after P&P. Interesting note the poles are repainted in yellow still, while S249UVR has green poles. Though it would be interesting

    Y724KNF return after a minor collision meaning that Y475KNF due anytime back from P&P and Y727KNF still under repairs since January 2011

    Hi All, Both Cadets out and about today 2814 on route 43/46 nad 2816 on route 42/44, as is normal 2814 was replaced (by 2107 this time), by normal I mean, it seems once I have photographed it, it has the vapors and has to be changed over, this has happened the last three out of four weeks, I must be a jinks!

    Hi All, just a note at the risk of putting my head in the noose, I suspect the last two B6BLE’s have gone, nether have been seen this week, with 2814 noted on Tuesday 13/12, and 2816 noted on Monday 12/12, 2816 worked the 19.11? departure Town Centre – Formby and presumabley back and till the end of play, 2814 worked the 1957 kew road to Town ans Russel Road and stayed out till the end of play being the last Carr Lane to Russel road route 46 service. 4103 was noted today (Friday 23/12) & 4105 was seen yesterday (22/12). May I wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Regards Keverne

    Notice 2286, 2814 and 2816 are still listed even though all three left in December. With 2286 now gone to Fire and Rescue service, and with the Scotland move now abandoned, whereabouts have 2814 and 2816 heading to?

      All three have now been removed. The two Crusaders are currently in storage at St Helens but their final destination is unknown.
